Tell us about a listing that infringes your rights or breaks our content rules

HellaPrints is a marketplace. Designs are uploaded and sold by independent sellers, and we do not create them. When a listing infringes someone's intellectual property or violates our content policies, we rely on reports like yours to find it.

1. What is the problem?

Intellectual property infringement The design copies your copyrighted work, trademark, or likeness. Choosing this opens a formal DMCA takedown notice. Counterfeit or replica The listing presents itself as an official or branded product that it is not. Prohibited or offensive content Hate speech, graphic violence, sexual content involving minors, or anything else our content policy forbids. Misleading listing Images, description, or materials do not match what is actually sold. Something else Describe the issue and we will route it to the right team.

2. File a DMCA takedown notice

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)(A), a takedown notice must contain all six elements below. A notice missing any of them is legally incomplete and we cannot act on it, so every field is required.

I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I state, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the owner of the right allegedly infringed, or am authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Electronic signature (type your full legal name)

Before you submit. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the seller or by HellaPrints. Please be certain the work is yours and that the use is unauthorised.

What happens next

We review your report within 2 business days.
If the notice is valid, we remove the listing and send the seller a copy of your notice, including your contact details as the law requires.
The seller may file a counter-notice. If they do, we forward it to you.
If you do not file a court action seeking to restrain the seller, we may restore the listing 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.
Sellers who accumulate valid infringement notices lose upload access and, on repeat, have their accounts terminated permanently.
