What We Do—and What We Don't
- We started with a single product line of our own. Today HellaPrints is a marketplace: independent designers open shops here, and we connect their work with customers worldwide.
- Designers create and own the art. Every listing belongs to the designer who uploaded it. They set their margin, choose their products, and can take a design down at any time.
- We do not create the designs sold on HellaPrints, and we do not operate printing facilities. What we run is the marketplace: the storefront, checkout, customer support, and returns.
- Production happens through vetted partners. When you order, a partner facility makes the item to order and ships it directly to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer.
- Whether it is a stained glass suncatcher or an illustrated ornament from an artist in Portland, every listing on HellaPrints carries the same promise: made to order, delivered with care.
How We Protect Buyers and Creators
- For buyers: 60-day returns, secure payment, and a support team that handles every order issue directly—you never have to chase a seller.
- For creators: designers keep full copyright. We take a non-exclusive licence to produce and sell only the products they choose.
- Original work only. Sellers agree that everything they upload is their own art or fully licensed. We review shop applications, but we do not and cannot verify ownership of every design uploaded—so we act fast when something is reported.
- A real takedown process. Valid infringement notices get the listing removed and the seller's payouts paused pending review. Repeat infringers lose upload access and then their account, permanently.
